Digital phone service is not compatible with the monitoring equipment. Digital lines include FIOS, AT&T U-Verse and phone service offered through cable companies.  If a direct land-line cannot be obtained, cellular-based Location Monitoring equipment will be installed by the Location Monitoring Officer.
