Important Registration Information
(Please read carefully before registering)

Registration is open to all Chiefs, Deputy Chiefs, Systems Administrators, federal court pretrial services and probation IT staff, as well as officers and support staff with specific interest in today’s and tomorrow’s technology.  We also welcome participation from judges and other federal court staff who are interested in attending this event.

A $150 registration fee, non-refundable, is due within 60 days following your online registration. Registration fees not received within that time frame may result in cancellation of the original registration. Payment may be made by agency purchase order, agency/personal *check, *money order, MasterCard, or Visa by printing out the registration payment form and mailing the form with payment to:

* Please make your check or money order payable to: FPPOA. The FPPOA Tax I.D. Number (TIN) is 38-2142086.

Alternatively, you may fax the registration payment form to Shirley Hibino at 213-894-8854 or e-mail the form to her at shirley_hibino@cacpt.uscourts.gov.

The printed registration payment form can be used as an Invoice for securing a government-issued check. A receipt for the paid registration fee will be emailed to each registrant.

Registrants’ names and position information will be listed on the conference website. A complete list of registrants and their contact information may be made available to those participants who request it for networking purposes and for vendor-related communication, at the discretion of the conference planning committee.

“Registration fee does not apply to employees of the Administrative Office of the United States Courts.”
