Due to overwhelming demand to attend this conference, our block of rooms at the Hilton Hotel has been filled.  We have negotiated with the Sheraton Hotel next door and have another 50 rooms available from Sunday through Thursday morning.  They will have another 20 rooms available for the night of Thursday, January 29.

The Sheraton has also agreed to give us the same $149 group rate three days prior to the conference and three days after the conference.  Our group name is United States IT Conference.  The toll-free telephone number to call for reservations is (888) 627-7186.

Reservations can be made through Hilton’s online reservation web site for the National Pretrial and Probation IT Conference or attendees may call the hotel reservations department at (818) 506-2500. Please request the group rate for the “U.S. Pretrial Services 2009 IT Conference.” Our group code is “UST.” A credit card is required for guarantee purposes only, refundable up to 72 hours. The standard room rate is $149.00 per night for single or double occupancy. Each additional person is $35.00 per night. The hotel’s room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes. The group rate is available three days prior and three days after the conference, based upon availability. Name changes to room reservations may be made up to 10 days prior to arrival at no additional charge. In the event that a guest checks out prior to the reserved check out date, an early departure fee of $75.00 will be charged.

All reservations must be received prior to the cut-off date of Friday, December 15, 2008 or until filled. Reservations after this date will be accepted on a space availability and at the prevailing rate.

Parking

Self-parking for overnight guests is $17.00 per day and valet parking is $22.00 a day. Overnight guests are allowed “in and out” privileges.

Self-parking for day guests is $9.00 per day and valet parking is $14.00 per day. Day guests are not allowed “in and out” privileges.
