Hotel Reservations
Reservations can be made through Biltmore's online reservation web site for the National IT Conference or attendees may call the hotel reservations department at (213) 624-1011. Please request the group rate for the "National Probation & Pretrial IT Conference." The standard room rate is $123 per night double occupancy for 1 king bed or 2 double beds. The hotel's room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes. The group rate is available 3 days prior and 3 days after the conference, based upon availability.
When reservations are made, the hotel will require a deposit equal to the room rate and tax for the first night of each reservation. An individual's deposit is refundable to that individual only if the hotel receives notice at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival. In the event that a guest checks out prior to the reserved check-out date, an early departure fee of $75 may be charged.
All reservations must be received prior to the cut-off date of Friday, January 7, 2011 or until filled. Reservations made after this date will be accepted on a space availability and at the prevailing rate.

Parking
Only valet parking is available at the hotel. Valet parking for day use only is $22 with validation. Overnight valet parking is $40 per day with in and out privileges.
Self parking is also available at the Pershing Square Garage, directly across from the Biltmore. This underground structure provides 24-hours security parking for $14.00 overnight, $8.50 for weekday parking and $6.00 flat rate on Saturday and Sunday or after 5:00 p.m. weekdays. No in and out privileges.
